I picked up my first camera when I was seven years old. Mesmerized by its capability to capture a moment in time I began begging my parents to buy me one. After finally getting one of my own I started taking photographs of everything that I saw.

 While I grew up I never thought of photography as a possible career for me; so the majority of my adolescence and young adult years I spent aspiring to become an attorney. When I was getting ready to begin my college education I began to realize that spending eight hours a day behind a desk was not what I was going to do with the rest of my life. I knew that I was meant to explore nature, meet new people and explore my creativity. So with a huge change of pace I called Brooks Institute of Photography in Santa Barbara, CA and began my application process; three weeks later I started my photography education. 

The work that you see here on this site is an expression of how I see the world and the people in it. I know that you will enjoy what you see and I look forward to hearing your thoughts and working with you.
